ITU Computer Engineering team first in Turkey - IEEEXtreme Programming Competition!
Congratulations to members of Team Bofstrogonof from Istanbul Technical University Department of Computer Engineering for entering the international IEEEXtreme 24-Hour Programming Competition and ranking 1st in Turkey, 52nd worldwide out of 2114 teams (44 from Turkey). Congratulations to our students!
The competition, run by IEEE, runs for 24 hours and teams are required to solve a cascade of difficult computer programming problems. As a 24-hour competition, competitors battle sleeplessness while employing their wits in a race against time and mental dissolution.
